The Sanyo VCC-3944 is a color CCTV security camera with DC type auto iris function. It uses a 1/4-inch CCD that is very sensitive to lighting for great image quality. A full set of exposure functions assures that you get the image details that you require. A CS-mount for lenses opens up a huge variety of lens options from very wide to very tight views and even vari-focal zoom lenses for changing locations or views. It can be integrated with AC or DC power security systems. It can be mounted by any 1/4-20 screw mounting device- the most common mount screw size.

High Quality CCD and Processing:

The VCC-5884 captures color images with a 1/3-inch CCD that contains some 380,000 picture elements. The camera has a minimum light requirement of 1.0 Lux using a fast lens and the gain function on. The digital processor can judge when back light is washing out or under exposing objects in the foreground and compensate for this. An automatic white balance system keeps colors consistent even when lighting changes throughout the day.

High Resolution Compact Design:

With all the VCC-5884's high technology features and automatic functions, the body of the camera is unexpectedly small. It is small enough to be mounted where it would be impossible to notice- almost like a pinhole lens camera. It is basically a 2.5 x 2.5 inch box, 2 inches deep and the lens protruding on the front. This very compact package will display color images at better than S-Video resolution capturing over 500 horizontal lines. Not only will the camera show the scene you need monitored, you will be able to identify great detail in faces, clothing most any other critical imagery.
