PTZ is an acronym for pan, tilt, and zoom. This means that a PTZ security camera has the ability to move its lens in virtually any direction, as well as being able to zoom in on objects in the distance. This PTZ camera features full 360 Degree panning rotation, a -15 Degree - 90 Degree tilt ability, a 12 x optical zoom, and a 16 x digital zoom to focus in on even the finest details. Create unlimited PTZ tours Expand your security coverage with fully automated PTZ tours. These tours are designed to cycle through a number of user-defined location presets. All of the pan, tilt, and zoom features can be used during a tour. You can also create a simple "pattern" movement that will automatically cycle the camera's viewpoint between two presets. These automated tour and pattern settings can be found in the NVR's PTZ settings menu. You can even program your DVR to change the tour / pattern based on the time of day within these settings. HDR technology uses this difference to automatically adjust the picture's brightness, resulting in optimized, highly-detailed security video. Enhanced Clarity in Low-Light Situations Your camera uses DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) technology to filter out noise from low-light settings as well any noise caused by motion. By eliminating graininess, your camera provides a cleaner, more accurate image with better clarity, sharpness, and improved motion detection. Not only does DNR reduce noise, but it reduces video file sizes as well, giving you greater disc space for storage. Remote connectivity for easy PTZ adjustments Connect this PTZ camera to a compatible Lorex NVR to enable remote viewing and adjustments. Simply download the NVR's mobile app and you will be able to see the camera's live view and control the camera's movements straight from your smartphone or tablet. Flexible PoE installation There is no need to run special wiring to install this camera - power to the camera, video transmission and PTZ controls are all provided by the included 100ft ethernet network cable for easy setup. For larger installations, you can extend the video signal up to 300ft (242m) with a single run of standard Ethernet cable (CAT5E or higher) for flexible installation. You can install the camera further than 300ft from your NVR with an accessory PoE+ switch. A PoE+ switch supplies power to the camera and facilitates video transmission and PTZ control just as your NVR does. All-weather security camera This PTZ camera is rated IP66. Adorama's Pricetronic store ships to the 48 Contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO & FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We now ship many items to Canada, parts of Europe and Australia. If the item does not have the option, please don't ask.
We do not ship to other International locations.
Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Combined shipping is available by using the Add-to-Cart button and confirming that the shipping carriers for each item are the same BEFORE making the Payment. Pricetronic's new checkout will then consolidate your items and present to you the better shipping rates.
All orders must be shipped with a printed invoice included. We can not ship orders without the invoice or a lower value invoice. Gift Invoices may be requested if you contact us immediately after payment during business hours. No guarantees for other times.
Shipment errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer and will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.
We supply tracking information directly to your Pricetronic account within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Please make sure to check your Pricetronic email address and that it does not go into spam or junk. Approved Change Requests may not be updated on Pricetronics portal, please check the emails.
Returns
For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Printers are not returnable once the Toner Cartridges have been installed or released.
Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they have passwords or other software installed, have been registered with or returned to the manufacturer for any reason.
Please use the Return this Item or Contact Seller button on your Purchase History page to ask us any questions or request a return. Adorama cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced or refunded.
Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.
When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.
