Looks to be an open box and not used. The watertight cover that goes around the port is missing. Checked for scratches and signs of use and none found. Everything included is photo'd. I included some photos of the instruction manual (you can zoom in) to get the detailed specs. Metal housing. Nicely made but no brand name. I believe this was made to be branded by different camera manufactures that would put there name on the box.
