IP Insignia WiFi camera 720 ns-ch1lpc8 connect works & does not work new

Insignia WiFi camera 720 ns-ch1lpc8 connect works & does not work new , this camera is Insignia BestBuy brand and might get their customer tech support to get it to work if you do have time to do it.
I bought this item from Pricetronic 2 months ago as new camera but when i tried to connect it to my iPhone , the camera would be identify by my WiFi modem , but would not connect to my iPhone, i start research on google for this model # to find out that this problem is common and it is happening to many customers and some have successful connections and some did not, most of successful connections where android phone and less iPhone users.
so please bid if you know that this camera might work and might not work with your smart phone.
