These are an opened box item and do not come with a retail box. They do not come with batteries, instructions, sync module, or mount. CONDITION: This item is in Opened Box condition. That means that the item was new, but the box was damaged or destroyed, and the item is being sold without its original retail packaging. The item was shipped to us loose by our vendor (Amazon) and simply wrapped in bubble wrap. The item may have some minor cosmetic imperfections; scratches, smudges, etc. Nothing major, just small imperfections from agitation during transport and storage.
